We are a group of Point Brittany homeowners working to provide constructive oversight of HOA and PBAC management actions. Our goal is to raise awareness, promote best practices, prevent financial waste and fraud, and, if necessary, take corrective action.
Several Point Brittany projects have recently been undertaken without owner votes, including pool renovation, landscaping, security, gazebo destruction, the commercial property project, etc. As a result, the group hired Schumaker, Loop, and Kendrick, LLP to represent and protect our interests.
We encourage all residents to get involved with Point Brittany HOA Watch and help make a difference in our community. With our collective power, we can and will continue to work to ensure PBAC management listens to our concerns. All owners at Point Brittany deserve truth, transparency, and a voice.
